Hi , I have a 4th great grandmother named Jane Maria WAKEFIELD who was born somewhere in Ohio about the year 1826, since she was 24 and 34 years old in the 1850 and 1860 censuses in Richmond, Indiana, which stated her birthplace as Ohio. I have a copy of her marriage record from Allen Co., Indiana, which only states the couple's names and the date of marriage--6 May 1844. Her husband, John Patterson REID was born in Richmond, Indiana, 28 Apr 1822. I would like to find out who her parents are and where in Ohio she was from. Do any of you have any clues??
