I am searching for any information on Mathias HOLDREN b. abt 1817 Athens County, OH d. Delaware County, IN ?. and Louvina LEACH Holdren, no data. Mathias and Louvina were married March 22, 1838 in Athens County. - Does anyone have any information on the LEACH family in Athens Co.? I know nothing about her but her name. -Mathias and Louvina's son William Wallace Holdren (my great-grandfather) was born in Cumberland, IA in 1858. In the 1870 census of Delaware County, IN, Mathias and William are listed, but not Louvina. Why did they go to Iowa? Why did they come back? What happened to Louvina? Sorry I have so many questions but these are the family mysteries that I have that lead to Athens County. ANY information would be greatly appreciated.
