I am researching the following families in Ashland Co., OH: 1) BOWMAN, Thomas, b. 1782 and Jannet TYTLER, b. 1779, both born in Aberdeenshire, SCT. Children: Peter, Catharine, James, William, Agness & Alexander. 2) CUBBISON, John, b. 1794 in Mifflin Co., PA, and Jannet GLENN b. 1796 in PA. Children: Sarah (married Peter Bowman), Joseph Scott, John, Mary S., Hugh, & Margaret. 3) LONG, Noah, b. 1778 & Mary Elizabeth BERGE, b. 1785, both in PA. Children: Simeon, Eunice Mariah, Rebecca, Maria, Margaret John, Elizabeth, Nancy, Lavina, Adam, Henry Elonza, Noah and Thirsa. These families all arrived in Ashland Co. before it was Ashland (Huron, Richland & Wayne), beginning about 1813 through 1834.
