Cole-st., died at the City hospital, at 4 a.m. Tuesday, after an illness from uraemic poisioning. Besides her husband, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.L. TURNER, 140 Dana-ave and two children. Three brothers, Harry, Ashley and Okey TURNER, and three sisters, Mrs. Martin AYERS, the Misses Lena and Catherine TURNER, all of Lima, are also left. Lima News, Sep 29, 1921 (funeral notice) Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha LEWIS, 25 wife of Vernal LEWIS, 517 N. Cole-st, will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Perry Chapel. The Rev. Mr. SPRY, pastor of the N. Cole-st misson, Lima will officiate. Interment will be in Perry Chapel cemetery.
