Pedro was the game enjoyed and a musical program contributed to the pleasure of the evening. Delicious refreshments were served.The guests were: Mr. and Mrs. F.A. SUTHERLAND, Mr. and Mrs. John CRULL, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel BAKER, Mr. and Mrs. Harry FOX. The C.W. WINEGARDNER family, of St. John's avenue, will this week move to Elmo, Missouri. Mrs. Adam NEISWANDER, of Broadway, is visiting relatives in Ft. Wayne. John T. TURNER, of Columbus Grove, was in the city yesterday. He stated that his daughter, Etha, who has been critically ill with typhoid is slightly improved. Rev. C.C. KENNEDY assisted at the funeral service of George WRIGHT at the Rockport Methodist Episcopal church yesterday morning. Mr. and Mrs. J. HARTMAN and daughter, LOYOLA, and Mr. and Mrs. F.M. CALVERT, were members of a party entertained at the John ROUSH home, at Byerly Station, on the new Findlay line last evening. Mr. and Mrs. Frank NIRDLINGER and daughter, Virginia, of Philadelphia, are at the Lima House for a few days. Miss TUTTLE, of east Elm street, is home after an extended visit with relatives in Canada. Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin HOFFMAN, of Shelby, and John HOFFMAN, of Bowdle, South Dakota, have returned to their homes, after a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Harry HINER. Mrs. Dr. DOTY, of Ottoville, O., formerly of this city, returned home yesterday, after spending a few days with relatives and friends. Miss Nina BADEAU and Mrs. Charles REDMAN are the guests of Miss Mary PARRISH, this week. At the Christian parsonage at Lafayette, on Saturday evening, occurred the marriage of Mr. Rola CRAIG and Miss Cora MANUS, both of near Lima. The Rev. George W. FOLTZ performed the ceremony. Mrs. E.F. MAXWELL and son Edwin, returned this afternoon from a visit in Peoria. The William BINDER family have as their guest Miss Gussie FISHER, of Bluffton, Ohio. Mr. K.C. TREVOR, of Springfield, O., who is with the R.C. Dun Mercantile agency, was the guest of relatives in the city last evening.
