AOL is up to its tricks again, as list mail has been bouncing for AOL subscribers. What is odd is that the problems seem to relate to the Allen Cty list and not other lists that I administrator for. My sense is that the AOL systems have erroneously designated mail to and from the list as spam and therefore has put a block on it, causing the bounces. 3 bounces, and people are automatically removed from the list. I'm not sure what good it does to communicate this to non-AOL users, but if you happen to encounter someone who is an AOL subscriber, you can at least tell them what the issue is. AOL users may resubscribe. I seem to recall that this has happened in the past.
