    3. Lima News, Jan 4, 1924 Infant son of Mr. and Mrs. A.D. SHOEMAKER, of 915 S. Central-av, died Thursday night at City hospital shortly after birth. Burial took place Friday. Funeral services were held Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles BENROTH for their grand-child, the three-weeks-old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde BENROTH, residing west of town. Interment was at Truro cemetery, near Columbus Grove. Edward J. ALLEN, former Lima newspaper man, is now with the Cincinnati Enquirer, doing general assignments. Because the name under which he has gone by all his life is not his own William H. HILTY, applied in common pleas court Friday to change his name to William H. ELLENBERGER. When a youth he was taken into live with a family named HILTY, but was never adopted, the petitioner states. Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine MORIARITY, who died Wednesday at the home of her son, Edward MORIARITY, of 309 N Jackson-st, will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m., at St. Rose Catholic church, with Father J.T. O'CONNELL, of Cleveland in charge. Interment will be made in Gethsemani. Probe of the mysterious absence of Mrs. Katherine MOHLER, who dis-appeared Monday, was renewed Friday noon when Sheriff CROSSON, and Prosecuting Attorney LIPPINCOTT went to Bluffton to question William MOHLER, the husband. The two were informed Friday morning by a sister of the missing woman that she believed that Mrs. MOHLER is a victim of violence. She asked that the authorities come to her home and confer. She insisted to Sheriff CROSSON that she could put the officers on the right trail. No word has been received from Mrs. Princess MOHLER, in California, as to whether or not Mrs. MOHLER was coming to join her. Joint funeral services will be held here Saturday for the four victims of Wednesday's grade crossing accident at Huntsville. In the crash of a passenger train and an automobile, Ernest HERRON, driver of the car, his wife and little daughter, Louise, and his mother, Mrs. W.G. HERRON, lost their lives. The home of Mr.and Mrs. F.G. CLARK, 525 S. West-st, parents of Mrs. Ernest HERRON, will be the scene of the services which will be held at 9:30 a.m. with Rev. C.A. ROWAND, pastor of Trinity M.E. church, in charge. Interment will be made in Germantown cemetery, except for Mrs. W.G. HERRON's body which will be interred in Woodlawn cemetery. W.G. HERRON, husband of one of the victims, father, father-in-law and grandfather respectively of the others, is in serious condition at his home in Columbus Grove because of the shock caused by the tragedy, and will be unable to attend the funeral. His condition is reported as grave. Mrs. Katherine MORIARITY, 79, died Wednesday at 10:30 p.m. at the home of her son Edward MORIARITY, 309 N Jackson-st. She had been ill for two days. Mrs. MORIARITY was born in Ireland in 1845 and came to this country when she was two years old. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic church and the St Rose Altar Society. In addition to the son with whom she lived, she is survived by four grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. e.R. KING, of 323 N Jackson-st and Mrs. Louis KEMPER, of Houston, Texas. Funeral arrangements have not been completed pending word from the sister in Houston.
