Besides the widow and two children, he leaves a father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel BOWERSOCK, one sister, Mrs. W.J. LONG, of near Allentown, and one brother, J.W. BOWERSOCK, of Lima, and a host of friends and relatives. Very few have suffered a more real and personal bereavement in the passing of our beloved husband, son and father. Mere words are too weak to portray the full height and depth, and length and breadth of the feelings that engulf his kin and friends at this time. Indeed a prince in every sense of the term, faithful, loyal and sincere. He loved his family; he was charitable towards the faults of others, but uncompromising in his personal standards of purity and honor. Truly an honest, faithful servant has gone to his eternal reward.
