Metcalf street, have gone to troy, where they will be joined by Mr. HARTMAN Sunday morning, and the family will spend Christmas with old-time friends and relatives there. Mrs. O.F. STREIGHT and baby; Mrs. A.M. STREIGHT and Mrs. E.C. RIDDLE of Wapakoneta, were visitors in this city Monday. Jacob JACOBS and Ambrose WEIRICH, who were guests of Lima friends, have returned to their home in Wapakoneta. The Misses KAYSER of Wapakoneta, made a short visit here, Monday. Miss Eva GOSSARD and sister Mrs. HARSHBARGER, who have been visiting friends here, have returned to their home in Wapakoneta. Mrs. A.T. SCHMITT, of Wapakoneta were visitors her, Monday. Mrs. Tony ZENDER left yesterday for El Paso, Texas. Mrs. Kent HOLLOND and children of Peoria, Ill., is expected to arrive this week to spend the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.K. BOONE, at their home on 879 Market St. dr. E.D. SINKS and Carl H. NEVILLE, son of Dr. and Mrs. W.L. NEVILLE, have left for a visit in El Paso, Texas. Dr. SINKS will make a prolonged visit, returning about the first of February, while Carl NEVILLE will return in about three weeks. Mrs. F. MITCHELL and daughter Charlotte, of Chicago, are guests at the home of Mrs. A. BACOME, No. 758 S. Main St. Mrs. MITCHELL is Mrs. BACOME's mother. Mrs. Simon SPELLACY and daughter, Eleanor, who visited friends in Wapakoneta the first of the week have returned home. Mrs. E.L. HEISLER and Mrs. Henry RENSH, of Wapakoneta, were Tuesday visitors of Lima. Mrs. Fred WISS and Misses Martha WISS, Edith DIEDRICH, and Amanda HASSENAUER, all of Wapakoneta, were visitors in our city yesterday. Miss Cecil HOOVER is a guest of Miss Marie KOHL, East Benton St., Wapakoneta. Wm. J. BAILEY, grocer, and Herman LAUT, hotel-keeper, both of Wapakoneta were business visitors here yesterday. Mrs. Frank SCHLERNITZAUER and Wm. KREITZER of Wapakoneta were business visitors in our city yesterday. Mrs. E.L. GROSS, who has been visiting relatives here, has returned to her home in Wapakoneta. Mrs. Charles HUBBARD of Robinson, Ill., is a guest of her mother, Mrs. Geneva LITTLER, and sister, Miss Minnie LITTLER. Mr. and Mrs. Lon BOWER (nee Pauline CAMBRON), of Virginia, are here spending the holidays with the lad's father Rev. CAMBRON, formerly pastor of the First Baptist church. Wallace KING, who is attending Kenyon College at Granville, O., is expected to arrive the last of the week to spend the holiday vacation at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.P. KING, 218 S. Collett St. He will be accompanied by one of his college friends Warren LAUGMADE of North Baltimore. Mr. and Mrs. Warren MEILY, will leave the last of the week for Greenfield, O., where they will spend the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. John ROSSFELD and family, *607 N. Elm street, will spend Christmas With Mr. and Mrs. Chas. ROSSFELD and family of Piqua. O. Mrs. Alvin SHERRICK, who was called to Elida yesterday morning, on account of the illness of her nephew there, is expected for a short visit here, before returning to her home in Delphos. Mrs. D.H. SULLIVAN, 805 W. North street, visited her father, J.R. BROWN, in Delphos yesterday. Misses Cecil and Marie McKOWAN of Delphos, were visitors in our city yesterday. Mrs. Alfred HUMPHREYS enjoyed a visit from her sister, Miss Breta FORD of Delphos. * Elm street runs east and west.
