Lima Daily Times, Dec 5, 1890 The MILLER ditch, north of town, was sold Tuesday; it is a joint county ditch. Frank OWENS has dehorned over four hundred head of cattle this summer, in the four counties. Ex-sheriff John FRANKS and wife, of Lima, spent Thanksgiving with friends here. Mr. and Mrs. J.N. HUTCHISON and Mrs. J.M. WINDER, of Lima, visited here over Sunday. Andrew HAUENSTEIN is visiting his brother Will in New York city this week. His brother John, of Lima accompanied him. Misses Alberta SMITH and Shod SHULL, of Lima spent Thanksgiving at Beaver Dam.
