I am looking for information on the Davis famiily that lived in Jackson Township in Allen Co Ohio. I dont know all of their names but John Davis b. 24 Jul 1781 inn VA. who married first Leah Harris 2. Joanna Doty 3rd. Rachel McLane 4th Rebecca Bird in Allen Co, Ohio. John and Leah had 9 children. Leah died in 1820 in Knox Co, OH. James 1806;Matilda 1807; Mary 1809; Nancy 1811; Rebecca 1812; Rhoda 1814; John Jr. 1816; Patsy 1818 (mine); Sarah 1820 mom died during this birth. Joanna and John had 5 children She died in 1831 in Knox, Co. Sally 1822; Ephriam 1824; Leah 1826; Peter 1828; Charles 1829. John and Rachel had none that I am aware of she died in 1935 in Knox or Allen Co. John and Rebecca had children but I dont know their names. I am hoping that soeone will know about these Davis'.
