Maggie Miller b. 8-4-1859 OH or PA. she died 4-19-1943 Canton, Stark Co OH. Her parents were John D. Miller b. 1823 Wurttemburg and Margaret Werner b. 1820 Wurttemberg, they lived from at least 1880 to 1900 (they both died a few years after) in Perry Twsp, Allen Co OH. (I have never found them in 1860 or 1870 census reports, I looked in PA and OH. In 1870 their eldest daughter Mary E. Miller was a live-in servant in Salem, OH and their eldest son John D. Miller, Jr was working in Youngstown, OH) Maggie Miller first married John H. Northrup b. 1861 OH. In the 1880 census John and Maggie were in Lima, OH working at the Flax Mill. Either he died, or they divorced. Maggie Miller secondly married George W. Rice on 4-6-1881 Allen Co OH. He was born June 24-1861 Magoffin Co KY, his parents were John J. Rice and Sarah Colvin. In the 1880 census George W. Rice is listed as married to Catherine, and they have kids: William, Harry, B. B., Fred, George. Presumably, George was widowed and he married Maggie Miller secondly. Maggie Miller married thirdly to David R. Mumaugh b. 9-26-1841 Fairfield Co OH, he died 1-13-1893 Lima, Allen Co OH. He is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, OH David was first married to Charity Osman b. 11-3-1841 Bath, twsp, Allen Co OH, she died 1-13-1882 Lima, OH. Then David married Maggie Miller on 10-11-1885 Allen Co OH. David and Charity had 5 children( Rosa; Fanny; George; Richard; Della) , but I don't think David and Maggie had any children, I do not know. Maggie Miller applied in 1893 for the widow pension on David Mumaugh's Civil War Service. In 1900 census Maggie Miller Northrup Rice Mumaugh was living at Canton, Stark Co OH with Mary A. Tritch. From at least 1900 through until her death in April 19, 1943 she lived in Canton, OH. I would like to hear from anyone else who might be related to any of these names here.
