Tootsie, My granddaughter Brooke went to pre-school there before they merged with another United Methodist church on Gloria Drive out close to the American Mall. The High St. church was called High St. United Methodist Church till they merged. I don't know how long the Methodist church was in the building. Now there is another church in there, but I can't remember what the name of it is. I will go by it tomorrow to see what it says. Love, Charlotte

    3. Chorlotte, My daughter thought the building didn't have a church in it now. Her Grandma and family went to the U of B church. She will be like you and going by to see if there is a church in it or not. 3. The High Street Methodist Church building is still there. It's empty and has been for sale for a long time. It was originally the High Street United Brethren Church. My parents got married there in 1950.
