Those death certificates can be obtained at OHS. They have a form on the death index to order the certificate. There are a few libraries in Ohio with the death certificates on microfilm but it's just as easy to order them form OHS and much cheaper than the state or county fees for death certificates. Most of the counties have sent the older death certificates to OHS and do not have them locally or at the sate health department. Ordering your death certificates form OHS is probably your best option.
