He lived to be 80 years old. Birth date Jan 24, 1888, death date Nov 1988, Social Security Number 299-09-0977 issued in Ohio Death residence, Toledo, Lucas County, OH 43611 This gives you enough info to check for verification that this is your family and look for documentation of birth places, obituaries which will list lots of children and other info besides the info about the individual's death, and you can check census records for all the people I have listed here for you and any other individuals you find in your continued search. An obituary from Toledo, OH for Orthez will most probably name his parents and will give you more census records to search as well as other obits you can request from various counties. A file submitted by Linda Dietz to www.rootsweb.com shows Orthez Omar Fisher married to Effie May MYERS, no dates, daughter Alice may Fisher born Oct 31, 1906 in Lima, Allen Co., OH and E. Ray Fisher with no dates. The only other info in that files is for Alice May Fisher and is copied below.
