    1. [OHADAMS] DAR lineage information
    2. You can find out more about those who applied for DAR membership on a particular ancestor by requesting a copy of their application from the National Office of the DAR in Washington, D.C. Include the DAR # and $5 for each application requested. The application will include the address of the applicant as it was at the time of application. Then you could probably do a directory search to see if there are present-day descendants. It's worth a try.... Also, the application often include names of other siblings, which might provide other clues. Good luck, Margaret Ernest
