I am still searching for word of the VERAX family that settled in Adams County - in Rome/Stout area - in 1876. They are Edmond and Mary Anne VERAX. I have recently met two of my VERAX relatives that live there now, but would be grateful if anyone has any old records that can help us to piece together the history of our family.
