Seeking information on the parents and descendants of Andrew D. MITCHELL, born 1781, PA and died 1854 in Adams County. He married Rachel FISH. They were in Adams County by 1820 and lived in Sprigg Twp. Andrew is the ancestor of a friend of mine who does not have access to the internet. I, too, have an Andrew Mitchell connection in Adams County. Does anyone have any information on Andrew MITCHELL who lived in Meigs Twp.?
