dear listers. Could somebody tell me if New hope was in Adam or Clermont County in 1800's .I would like some help at information. My gx4 grandfather was born in new hope brown county in 1800, and married there as well we think to a Margaret or Mary Kelland.His Name is James Henry Allen. My question is about getting the birth certificates and Marriage certificates. would there be any kind soul to look up this for me, or could somebody tell me where to write for all this information.
