Hi Sharon, Evans & Stiver's History of Adams County Ohio has a section on the Civil War..pp. 340-364. It's not a list of names, but of various Company's. It appears to name the officers, causalities and where various Company's served. If you are looking for a particular name, I'll be happy to look for you.
