The Adams County Genealogical Society is a gem. They have an impressive array of publications including early voter lists, cemetery transcriptions, marriage records, and census transcriptions. All can be purchased for very affordable prices if you can't get to their library (you will also find many of these publications at other libraries with Ohio collections). The ACGS also has an quarterly newsletter, which includes reader-submitted queries along with an array of informative articles. I don't have their address at hand, but it's a PO box in West Union.
