I can't find anyone to help me out. I am looking for a marriage certificate on Rheinold Elwood Weghorst & Gladys Cook married 9/1940. He was also married to Dorothy Ellison after his first marriage to Cook. I need to find a death certificate on him also. Any help will be appreciated. Marlene
