Hello: I am new to the Adams County List. I have an unverified marriage for a Edward B. Rule and a Eliza B. Berman on December 16, 1809 in Adams County. I would like to verify this--is there a genealogical or a historical society in Adams County that would look this up at the county courthouse? Or have these been published? Then, too, does anyone know anything about the Berman Family? The B. in Edward B. is for Byram and they were from Highland County. He moved to Bourbon KY ca 1813. Any leads will be appreciated.
