Hi1 My son's ancestress, Hannah (CASSEL/CASEL) EDWARDS, married an Amos DUNKIN/DUNCAN after her husband Samuel EDWARDS died in 1822. By the 1840 census she was listed as Hannah DUNCAN, in Brush Creek Twp, Scioto Co., near by her sons Jesse B. EDWARDS and John EDWARDS. Hannah DUNCAN was listed on the 1840 census with 1 male 10-15, one male 15-20 one female 5-10, one female 40-50. If these are her children, she must have had children by Amos who must have died before 1840 census. I can't find marriage record or death record, or burial information for Hannah (CASSEL/EDWARDS) Dunkin/Duncan in Adams or Scioto Cos. Does anyone have any info on this Amos Duncan/Dunkin, or his wives?
