Greeting: I noticed Bob McFarland's message about Sandy Springs Cemetery and finding the graves of Joseph McFarland and Susan Metz. Bob, if you are their descendant, we have lots to share. Susan Metz was the daughter of William Metz and Katherine Thomas. William Metz was the son of Jacob Metz. Katherine Thomas was the daughter of William Thomas. I am also descended from Jacob Metz and William Thomas, though not through the McFarlands. Please e-mail me. And, is anyone else on the List researching the Metz or Thomas families?
