I don't know Arthur's parentage but he was born Dec 1859 in Ohio. Minnie was the daughter of John H and Sarah (Mahaffey) Ames, born Feb 1868, presumably in Adams Co. Arthur (or Joseph) and Minnie married about 1888, again presumably in Adams Co. They had 4 children: Noble E, born July 1889; Mabel, born Sept 1891; Roy B, born June 1896; and Mary Adria, born Sept 1899. Thanks, Jill
