Sylvia, there is a Nathaniel Mitchell named in a book about my ancestors: "Our Young Family in America." This Nathaniel Mitchell was b. 1728 and d. 1773. However, some of his descendents moved to Adams County, OH. There are several intermarriages between the Mitchell family and the Young family, 1st in NJ, then PA, then OH. Others Mitchells named in the Young family book are: Elizabeth, Hannah, Jacob, James, John, Lena, Mary, Naomi, rollin, Ruth Comfort, Silas, amd William.
