S&K publishcations will not scan and of the Adams Co, OH 1850 census until the have 23 people commit to ordering the CD. When they have 23 orders they will scan the entire Adams Co., OH 1850 census on to a CD Then S&K will charge our credit cards for the CD and mail each person that ordered one, a CD. Then S&K will send a free CD, to the USGenWeb. USGenWeb can then put the census online, where it will be free to access, by other researchers.
