    1. [OHADAMS] Monument Photo Requests
    2. Diana
    3. Going to Grandma's house in Adams County for Thanksgiving. (Just like the song says! ;) Gonna work on Manchester Cemetery project while there. I'll be taking my digital camera and I'm willing to take requests for photos of your relatives' monuments. I have the capacity to shoot over 600 pictures in one trip. Obviously, I cannot capture the whole cemetery in one swell foop, since there are thousands of stones. However, I think I can likely cover all those on this list who are interested. I may be able to catch more at Christmas or on another visit. If you would like to request photos of your family's monuments/gravestones, please email me at diagonal@clas.net with as much info as you have, so I can compile a list. I can't reasonably take a request like "All Smiths" but anything more specific should work (given names, partial dates, etc). You don't have to know exactly where they're located. I plan to crawl the whole thing. My folks are scattered a bit. If it looks like a family grouping, I'll try to catch all within the group. What I capture will be a digital file only, in full-color jpg format (commonly usable). I do not produce printed photos. I'll be able to email the image(s) to you or devise other routes over the net if you cannot receive them that way. Of course, this is absolutely FREE. I just figured some folks would appreciate it and I'm going to be there anyway to do my own family. This only applies to the Manchester Cemetery (IOOF, on 8th Street) in the town of Manchester itself. I have no plans at this time to cover other cemeteries. (Although I could likely get some pix from the Presbyterian Church cemetery on 2nd Street, if you needed some there.) Just let me know via email by Tuesday before Thanksgiving. - Diana Henderson Probus
