I am also descended form Wallaces from Adams Co. I go back to William b.c. 1756/9 in Scotland. He came through Va to WVa and on to Ohio by 1837. His wife is unknown but he is in Ohio with 2 sons, Thomas Wallace (1776-1840) who married Margaret, and John William (1779-1840) who married Katherine Gray, and one daughter, Mary "Polly" who married James Burns. Do any of you have anything on Elizabeth WALLACE , b 1804 and married Robert ERWIN/IRWIN, b 1804.. Robert & Elizabeth WALLACE Erwin married 2 Nov 1825 in Adams Co., OH......they purchased land in what became Harrisonville (now Minford), Scioto Co., OH on 4 Feb 1836...the land purchase said 'Robert & Elizabeth Erwin of Lawrence Co.
