Have found Joseph McNutt in the 1830 Lewis Co., KY (just across the Ohio R. from Manchester, OH), and his wife Sarah in the 1840 Lewis Co., KY censuses. Believe them to be Sarah's parents. Many families crossed the River to marry in the 19th century.
