He moved to Columbia, SC (date not known) and is on the 1870 SC census listed as a carriage maker. his son Phineas Jr is listed on the 1860 SC census as a carriage maker. Phineas Sr was quite a character, I have lost of info on him, but have never found his parents. You have looked for him before for me. Just wanted to let you know that some of the Frazee's were also carriage makers. Jeannie
