There is only one river in Adams County and that is the Ohio River. Run, in these parts, means a gravel/dirt road (most of the time)... a lot of the roads are referred to as "Run or Holler" . I would say, at one time "Easter Run" was associated with the name of Easter. Hope that helps you some.
