I am looking for Rumer surname. I have been stuck on Jesse Rumer b. 5-31-1825 (no parents or sibs) for nearly 11 years now. I have his wife, Caroline Elizbeth Jacobs b.1826 her parents names and the fact that she had 2 sisters and 5 brothers that survived her when she died in 1905 however I do not have the sibs names. They came from Hardy Co. Virginia 1847 (now West Virginia). to Fayette Co, Ohio and some of their 12 children settled in Madison Co., Ohio. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
