Judy, I am not directly descended from Gilbert Sparks, but I bet I can get to him. Most Sparks in the area migrated from Pennsylvania together. I'll check what I have and get back to you. The DeCamps are a complete mystery. I have sources that say that a David DeCamps is the father of Mary DeCamps Sparks. He was born between 1780 - 1790. I have him in Adams County in the early 1800's and in Pennsylvania before that. Then he disappears. No cemetery records, no death certs were made or available from then. Just poof, gone.
