He later lived in Long Beach California as late as 1945 when we visited him. My father lived with Uncle Flick in Skagway and I was born there with my three sisters. Flick was married in Long Beach but sorry can't recall her name. We are in the process of reprinting the book in an expanded version of their gold rush days. Sincerely, Chuck
