I heard that a Sally Paul married William Newell prob in the 1770's in PA. I don't have evidence that William Newell's wife was Sally or that her surname was Paul. The Newell family lived in Adams Co before migrating to Parke Co IN and most moved on to LaSalle Co IL. I am very interested in knowing more about Pauls to prove or rule out.
