In the 1910 census of Greene County, OH, Anna Eliza Eubanks is listed as head of household, living with her son Walter. Her maiden name was Anna Elizabeth Paris and she was also known as Lydia . In 1920 she is listed as mother, age 73, widowed, living with son Walter and his wife in Peoria County, IL. In 1900 she is listed with her husband Frank (Francis M. Eubanks) in Adams County, OH Francis M. Eubanks (born abt 1837) may have died between 1900 and 1910, if so he may be buried in Greene County or Adams County, Ohio. I would appreciate any information on this family. Bob Eubanks Leesburg, FL

I stand corrected on the Thompsons book. Volume 2 is what is for sale thru the Historical Society. I don't use ebay so I am not sure what Vol. they have and I don't think the post said either. Please forgive me and I hope I didn't mess anybody up! Thanks to the person that alerted me to this! Robin
I saw your post on the Adams County website about the MASON surname. I have a Hannah Mason who married Isaac (Israel) CLEMMER in Winchester Twp, Adams Co, Ohio by Aaron Moore. I have very little information about her and her line. Looks like they moved in 1838 with Clemmer/Titus family to Johnson County, Indiana or Marion County at first. Looks like Isaac died early on and left Hannah with about 5 young children. Looks like she may have been born in PA by the 1850 Indiana census. If you have any information on this Mason would appreciate the help. My gg=grandmother was Julia Colvin Lewis, from Greenup county KY. I am working on the hypothesis that Julia's parents were Esther Mason (born 1801 PA) and Solomon Colvin, married in Adams County OH, which is just across the river (adjacent to Greenup) I am interested in checking out a possible connection as Esther Colvin had a daughter named Patience. The coincidence appears to bear investigation as the Mason family are hard to spot in Adams County. There are several Masons listed in the 1850 and 1860 Adams county census, one with an aged mother Mary A Mason ( b 1778 PA). Do you have any further info on Patience Mason's nuclear family, siblings, burial locations, etc? This book can easily be obtained from the Adams County Historical Society (Not the Genealogical Society) The Genealogical Society sells the indexes to Thompson's.I bought mine this past summer when I was there. They ship them, too.
