Roxanne, I have a Sarah Boone b. circa 1850 (age 10 on 1860 Adams Co. census) don't have anything on her husband or children. But, she was the daughter of Jacob Boone b. 25 Nov 1824 in OH, md. 27 Feb 1848 to Margaret Blythe b. 2 Apr 1831 in KY d. 23 Dec 1905 OH. Jacob died 18 Feb 1902 and is buried in the Boone Family Cemetery on Ginger Ridge Rd. Adams Co. OH. He donated the land for this cemetery. I have wrote to the Adams County Genealogy Society back in 3/1999 & have not received an answer. Is there anyone in Adams county that can lookup a marriage license on Rheinold Elwood Weghorst & Gladys Ellen Cook on 9/7/1940 in Adams County. Also a marriage license on Rheinold & Dorothy Ellison after the above marriage. Don't know if Rheinold & Gladys got a divorce if so there may be divorce papers. Any help will be appreciated. Marlene

My Abbot line is from the Rarden, OH area (Scioto County) They were prominent residents in the towns history from when it formally was Galena, OH, prior to changing it's name to Rarden.
