In my direct line, Nathaniel Taylor, son of Palestine and Elizabeth, my Grandmother (Ida Garnet "Taylor" Gardner) is the only living child. She lives with my parents a few miles from us. If you have any specific questions, please let me know and I will talk with her. She is in her 90's and memory isn't the best but there are moments when she has been extremely helpful, so I will ask her whatever I can. Her Lewis family lived in a Meeker neighborhood on the Clermont Co-Brown Co Oh line, say 30 miles nw of Bentonville,at least when she was courted. Meeker is an 1800-10 name in the Bethel,Oh neghborhood ,from Essex Co,NJ. Jonas [?] Meeker had 20+ kids,so perhaps some were farmed out.
