    3. I'm wondering if any of you have documented the connection between your PIATT family of Adams Co., OH and the Cincinnati family of that name. There is a possibility that my Henry ROGERS and/or Phoebe BURNETT families (New Jersey to Hamilton County, Ohio after Revolutionary War) have some connection with the PIATTS. They definately connect to PINNEY, POTTS, HOPKINS, BRITTINGHAM (all of Adams County) in the second generation as members of these families move west to Hamilton County. Lori sent me the pic to use. I also have photos of the Price family. Bertha Ailshire Price was Dora Alices's sister. The name Sumpter can be spelled several ways. This is the way my grandmother spelled it, and how it shows up in Dora's mothers records. She was a niece of Stephen and Dora's. Your spelling (Sumpture) is the first time I have seen it spelled that way although that spelling would make sense phonetically.
