All children state they were born in Ohio on Census records and Polly was married in Adams County Ohio in 1811. Children's names that I have so far from deeds are: Ann 1803 never married Catharine married a McCarty or McCarter William c. 1808 married Jemima Hornbeck Elizabeth c. 1818 married John Scott John married Caroline Woods Ward Polly married Francis Sanders/Saunders in Adams County Ohio in 1811. All children that I have found on census state that their father was born in PA. Son William along with Ann and Elizabeth moved to Nelson/Spencer County KY where John Sr. had land. After William died the family moved to Illinois. If anyone can shed any light on who John Sr. was and where he came from it would be greatly appreciated!

The Wright family lived in Bourbon Co. Ky for about ten years (ab. 1790-1800) in Bourbon Co., Ky and about 1800 moved to Adam's Co. OH. I suspect that the McClanahans and other families were a close knit group who migrated from VA to KY to OH more or less together.

I would assume that they were married in Adams Co. somewhere about 1795-1805 (that's a guess). Margaret Wright was the daughter of John Wright (b. bef 1757. d. 1824) and Margaret McKittrick. She is the grandaughter of William Wright (b. abt 1707. d. 1776) and Margaret Malcolm (probably). William is the original Wright immigrant to the colonies. He came from Northern Ireland and is Scottish in ancestry. I have considerable information on William and his son John. I can share my notes and sources with you if you want. I have no knowledge of the descendants of Andrew Livingston, except the names of his children. I would apprecieate any knowledge you could give me of these "Livingston-Wright" descendants.
