This was allowed and they were sentenced as follows: Tinel Buehler age 21,son of a retired business man for rioting $200 fine and thirty days in jail; for assault and battery $20 fine and ten days in jail. Charles Baker age 24,negro, for rioting $200 fine and thirty days in jail.
