Article Text: Cleveland, Ohio, Dec. 6.--Judge Rufus P. RANNEY died today at his home in this city, aged 78 years. He was one of the ablest lawyers in the State. He served on the supreme bench of Ohio in the fifties, and was one of the leaders in the constitutional convention of 1851.
