His death was caused from hardening of the arteries. Mr Schleenbaker had been ill for the past seven years and seriously ill for the past two years. Mr Schleenbaker was born in New York state and came to Marion from Galion about nine years ago. He was sixty one years of age January 23, this past year. For the past thirty years he had been employed with the Erie Railroad company. At the time of his illness he was employed as a freight conductor with the company. Mr Schleenbaker was a member of the Brotherhood of railway Trainmen, the Order of Railway Conductors, and of the knights of Pythias lodge, of Galion. Surviving with the widow are two sons, Ralph of Galion and Clifford at home.
