Nov. 11, 1927 The Columbus Citizen CLASS OFFICERS ARE INSTALLED Professional Colleges At Ohio State Hold Annual Elections New class officers at Ohio State University took office Friday following their election Thursday. Four Columbus students were among the successful candidates. They are: Robert D. EVANS, Monroe av, freshman president; Alice L. LOEB, 314 Kendall Pl, senior secretary; Florence G. BURKE, 1519 Perry st, junior secretary and Jack G. EVANS, 2339 Neil av, sophomore, secretary. Others elected were: M. Merle HARROD, Wapakoneta, senior class president; Don. A. HART, Newton Falls, vice president; John H. DUNLAP, Williamsport, treasurer. Junior Officers Junior officers are: George H. ALBER, Toledo, president; Ellen NORTH, Phoenix, Ariz, vice president; John H. HAAS, Lakewood, treasurer, and Herbert Wise Lima, Makio Board. David E. KUENZEL, New Bremen, was chosen sophomore president. Other sophomores are: Vivian M. LAMB, Commercial Point, vice president, and Evangeline R. KLEPINGER, Dayton, secretary. Election Thursday were held only in the professional classes. Students in these colleges had been barred from voting a week ago when the other students voted, but the special election was held when they won their right to vote after appearing before the student court.
