Billie's wife was Doris Fashner, and they had a duaghter named Gloria Jean Hill in 1942, when he resided at 424 N. Pearl Street, Covington, OH. Prior to joining the Army, Billie worked as a shipping clerk for Gummed Products of Troy, OH. Billie had a brother named Don. Doris' father was Clyde Fashner, who with his wife wintered in Florida.
