I don't know if it is Shelby (town) or Shelby County. I understand at one time Shelby County was part of Miami County, so I am wondering if there might be someone who could help me out. Isaac's father John is listed in the 1839 Quadrenial Census as living in Green Township, Shelby County. Can anyone shed any light on any of this, in particular information about Susan A. Beaver?
