Supposedly it was with the Mills, Drury, Shanks families. As I have been unable to trace I started looking into Ohio and there are alot of Cecil/Cissell's. My search is for the father of Henry Cissell who married Mary Hetty Hardesty in 1848. Rumor says he might or his father might have been a river boat captain. As there are so many Cecil/Cecill/Cissell's in Miami County during this time frame I was hoping someone could help.Thank you in advance.
