Could someone give me a little history lesson on Covington? When was it established? Would I be able to locate marriage and/or birth records for the period of about 1860. I am interested in William Sullivan (b. 1833 Ireland) and Elizabeth Owen(s) (b. 1843 Scotland - both parents b. in Ireland).
